Took end-to-end ownership of the architectural overhaul of the platform’s component library, which established the core design system, and implemented features that significantly increased development speed for a successful product launch. Additionally, I led the stabilization and performance optimization of V1, increasing system reliability, fostering client trust, and driving higher product adoption across the European staffing market.
Golfpost Fantasy - A sports-engagement platform for Golf enthuasist to participate and earn choice-based rewards
Led the frontend transformation of Golfpost’s legacy web platform into a high-performance, mobile-first experience with a responsive component library. Collaborated with the team to architect interactive UI prototypes and implement specialized frontend features, ensuring consistent on-time delivery and iterative UX enhancements. These strategic interface improvements directly resulted in a 50% surge in user engagement.
MindCleanse - A mental health coaching app for a premiere mental health coach based in Leipzig.
Collaborated within a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and product managers to engineer a pixel-perfect frontend for MindCleanse using the Ionic framework on Vue. I took end-to-end ownership of architecting a high-performance, indigenous video calling module, designed for MindCleanse but built with a modular architecture to be reusable across the company’s broader product ecosystem.
Traddle.io - Developed a functional and a stable MVP version of Traddle.io
Traddle.io was an interactive trading platform for stocks and crypto where users can create communities, live track performances in the European Stock Market while simultaneously discuss within communities and trade together.
